Though i am part native American, I've always felt such an unexplainable bond with this Indian culture. Now i can see from all the comments, it's not just me who loves it. This music is so beautiful, it just does something to lighten my heart. Wonderful music, wonderful playing

Music like this is universal my friend, I'm glad you enjoy it. Also, not everyone understands the beauty of classical instrumental music so you must have good ears for music😊👍🏼
I saw and photographed Ravi Shankar in concert in Auckland, NZ back in the late 70's. I also photographed many many of the greatest western "stars" during my days working for my paper but this concert ranks by far the greatest and most memorable. RIP Ravi. By me you are missed.
His passion for the Sitar and playing with his daughter is priceless. I could only imagine his what his heart must felt playing with his daughter. She is a masterclass.
lovely to see Anoushka playing with her father Ravi excellent concentration on Anoushka's face watching every note Ravi made and gesture very good playing all
This masters family created geniuses that change the history of art and music in India; whether it is, Uday Shankar, Ravi Shankar, Mamta Shankar, Anoushka Shankar or Norah Jones. All these people left a mark in the world's page of culture and arts. Hats-off Gurus. I dearly love and respect you all.
man he was tearing it up there at the end. for an old guy he was speed demoning them strings, and happily doing so, looked like his daughter got a little angry and lost a bit a confidence when he let it fly like that.

I like how there's room for improvisation! They are son and daughter, right? How cool is that? Playing some clasical Indian music with your dad in front of a great audience? That must be great!
I keep hearing Within You Without You haha ... amazing and beautiful that George Harrison incorporated Ravi’s Style & Inspiration to write a fantastic stunning song that will undoubtedly endure for the ages ... incredible
Everyone on earth irrespective of culture, community and country they belong to, love Indian culture. I'm So fortunate to be born in India living around this sophistication.
I am now feeling what Indian classical music is... It is not just noise aur let's say music alone... It's meditation. I felt like I am so much focused on this
This was absolutely beautiful to watch. On so many levels. Especially the one that he is playing with his daughter. To watch those cues between the two was touching. We all come from a father & mother.... it’s beautiful
