Just a small suggestion, when we put tomatoes, I will also put the rest of the left marinade, that will enhance the flavor of the gravy and also avoid wastage.
We tried this recipe and it was wonderful!!!! Loved it! Better than restaurant style! I did not do the skewers though..I just roasted the onions, paneer and capsicum (individually) on the tava. Saved time and I was able to cook them all consistently.
My family are vegetarian, so this dish will be fantastic to make. Thank you very much! I will definitely try this recipe. To you chef: if you don't like mustard oil, can I use another oil? Thanks!

Sat sri akal harpal sir ji, I dont really know how to thank u for all of your yummy recipes. Sir its been very helpful for us here in canada to learn and try it at home because we dont really have that many east indian restaurants here in calgary and you are just awesome. May god bless u.thanks once again!
I've added this recipe top my repertoire! It is simply devine! I trust your recipes and techniques more than anything sir. thank you for sharing your passion with us.
You can add the real smokiness of coal without a barbecue. Take the grilled paneer and veggies in a big bowl. Place a piece of red hot charcoal in small bowl. Keep the bowl of charcoal in the bowl of paneer. Pour a spoonful of oil or ghee on the charcoal and cover the entire thing with a lid. The smoke from the coal will render a nice smoky flavor to the paneer. Then add everything to the gravy as usual.

Chef Harpal - Thank you for your clear and simple explanation. Your confidence in saying that " it should turn out just the restaurant style while cooking at home if you exactly follow the recipe" is indeed true:-) Love your style:-) Thank you so much. Family loved the dish and I was surprisingly shocked to make such a yummy dish on my own:-)
Sasriyakaal ji! Awesome recipe! My entire family including the kids is a big fan of yours. I had a question- if i need to make this dish for about 12 people including kids, i believe i will have to greatly increase the quantities of onions and tomatoes although also of the other spices. But i am a li'l afraid that too much onion might spoil the taste. Need your expert tips on this. Mehemaan kal due hain 😬
Chef Harpal ji, good & self explainantory video, in couple of hearing got the punch lines, started in kitchen, needed little help with video again & there PANEER TIKKA MASALA WAS READY TO SERVE
