This is a great video! I can't wait to make my first lamp and I realized I was way overthinking the process. I will definitely recall the tips in this video when I give it my first shot!

Love what you doing .I do have a question. . I have the sadder gun with a pointed tip. Instead of. Flat tip . is hard for me. To keep the sadder in . you think Im be able to chanche the tip on the gun. Thank you.😀

Great demonstration, I had trouble once with a large Rennie Mackintosh rose lamp...tape was a nightmare so I gave up...15 years later it’s still sitting unfinished in a box 📦 your build way looks so much easier, please can you show the circle working out as I couldn’t see in the video and I’ve never been good with math, I might just re visit my lamp again as the individual panels were so beautiful.

Thanks for a great video. One suggestion - if you filmed from a front view, it would provide a much clearer view as each step takes place.

Thank you so much for posting this video. What type of gloves are you using? It’s hard finding gloves that protect my hands from heat but are thin enough that I can work with them

Could you repeat the angles at which to cut the panels of the lamp, according to how many panels you want the lamp to have?

Can I get mandrels from Lowe’s? It’s just stainless steel rod, so I don’t see why they’d be and different.
