Trying out the Dorco Prime Platinum Blades for the first time, with Dorco Shave Creme. This is the second time I'm using the Shave Creme, but the first time on camera. Using my custom PantaRei brush and bowl on this one.

Nice review Ken! I have a bottle of the platinum it's great smelling after shave. I'll have to try that Creme from Dorco looks great!

Glad to see you again, and even with new products. You've got me a little laugh, talking about the cream. Excellent shaving bowl kit in a shaving brush. I think you poured cream more than is necessary, it is a liquid, well follows.) And the you have a generous hand. I like to watch how work this slant razor. It's a very efficient and confident. It's great to see the happy face after successful shaving.

Turquoise cream, that’s kind of like the old spice canned shaving cream (at least the can I currently have). It’s like a blueish green once it comes out but it eventually turns white after enough mixing.

I have the FINE Platinum hard soap puck which I recommend if you don't have it. p.s. looks like you need to add another shelf above your door. :-) I recently put in three shelves in my bathroom and I still don't have enough room for all my soaps, brushes, and vintage razors. LOL. Cheers, Mark

I wouldn't mind a colored shaving soap really. How cool would that be. haha I got a mail call in from StirlingSoap today. The one sample I really like is Stirling Blu. Smells just like Ralph Lauren Polo Blue. Great performing stuff. Good shave Ken.

I got my Stirling soaps yesterday and this morning I used the Stirling Blu BATH soap in the shower and yes, it smells like Ralph Lauren Polo Blue. Also looking forward to using the Piacenza shaving soap this weekend since it smells like Acqua di Parma.

The platinum smelled great. In fact my wife liked that smell better than the other Fine products.

Not diggin' the looks and color of the Dorco cream. It looks runny compared to regular shave creams. But great shave anyway, Ken.
