An original song by Random Encounters Welcome to Arstotzka! I hope you remembered your papers! iTunes ➤ itunes.apple.com/us/album/pap... === GET RANDOM ENCOUNTERS GEAR! teespring.com/stores/random-e...
Well, to be fair the Arstotzkan government was very corrupt and in Ending 19 of the game the terrorists end up making Arstotzka, or should I say New Arstotzka a better place.
Is that thing´s name really "the beard"? I always wondered what it is. It looks, sounds and acts like Cousin ITT from the Addams Family, so I always called it ITT.
Apparently harmless, but recently married woman: Nope, entry DENIED. Highly suspicious hooded figure that is vocal about bringing down the government: Lemme sing a bit, but yeah, APPROVED
I find it incredibly hilarious how the Ezic Agent just passively aggressively leans on the booth table waiting for the inspector to finish talking about his midlife crisis.
“Papers, please and we’ll get you on your way.” “Papers, please or you will not be allowed.” “Papers, please or I’ll have you thrown in jail.” He just gets more and more fed up with these people.
i really love how they did the ezic order member. his movements so Agressive and he bangs the table with that really Murderous vibe. its pretty accurate to someone who looks like that
I like how they gave him a citation for approving the guy with an out of date state ID but didn't give a shit about the blatant bribery or treason lmao
This is how border security should be carried out in real life. Imagine how much more exciting airports and the like would be if you had to have a singing match with the guard to be allowed into the country.
123DJ321 No Antegria is Nazis so we save people from Antegria cause they are oppressed. Except they don’t have family or any other savior for incorrect document.
I find it funny how the border control guy sounds gradually more threatening as he speaks to each person “Papers Please and we’ll get you on your way” “Papers Please or you will not be allowed” *”Papers Please or I’ll have you thrown in jail!”*
Also love how the regulations are also against him 1. You will tear up every Visa; From a person with a beard. 2. Every Migrant overweight; You must now interrogate
Slavic people are like South and Central American people. A mishmash of numnuts that nobody can really distinguish apart and are interchangeable in everyway.
he denies the bride instead of fingerprinting her to save time, only one person came in with legit paperwork, jorji is a wanted criminal, and he threatens to detain an entrant literally the moment they step into the booth. perfection. also, the first guy doesn't present his id supplement until he's interrogated, and then the discrepancy is found on that particular document. kudos if that's intentional. nice attention to detail.
A lot of people have noticed that the new decrees are singling out the inspector. What I haven't seen pointed out is that he is hiding an antegrian passport, which the decree also bans from entering
To the people freaking out over the "*missing*" Potato Man, he's in there. If you look closely at the bulletin board, there is a paper with his picture on it.
It gets progressively more threatening: 1. Papers please and we'll have you on your way. 2. Papers please or you will not be allowed. 3. Papers please or I'll have you thrown in jail.
Personally, I think it reflects the player’s personality through their first play through. Nice and lenient at first, strict and accepting bribes by the end. Genius I say.
lol, I know I am late to the party. But I played "Papers please" just recently and found this video.. Bravo.. really wonderful. You guys made my day. 😂 Glory to Arstotzka
@@mathildaandersson1341 sorry for late response, but it's to symbolize one of the bribers, which you see in the real game quite a bit. although it's not that smart to pretend to be a woman when your passport is fine, it's just how they do that. or they could be a criminal trying to evade detection somehow
Уже прошло 5 лет,но не могу перестать наслаждаться этим мюзиклом,как видно изменения в речи,отсылающие к моментам в игре и ужесточении правил, это прекрасно.
I remember when I watched this when it aired. Have never played it before and I am not planning to purchase, but just the music slaps more than how much slapping Arstozka is doing to Kolechia.
most of the comments are saying that someone should have been in it or you should make certain musicals. its so annoying can't people just be happy with this. I mean this is amazing. I love how the order is in it. well done RE
I’ll be honest, I’m one of those people that would’ve loved if a certain person was in this musical but I still love this musical and RE’s general content as a whole
It's a testament to the game and the world it made that this comedic musical parody AND the official short film, which is incredibly dark and tragic, can somehow both seem the perfect representation of it.
*goes into kitchen* *takes spaghetti* *throws them into a pot* *throws a bottle of water in the pot* *eats dry, uncooked spaghetti with a bottle of water* Hmmmmmm.....
The song: you will tear up every visa from a person with a beard The next person: HAS A BEARD Worker guy: doesn’t tear up the visa The beard: LITTERY NAMED AFTER THERE BEARD Worker guy: Doesn’t tear up the marshmallow
i love all of the little details they add like how in the game the alias thing with the passports and visas and they also hide their patrion supporters in the video like the big book he looks and the wifi password at 3:27
I love how he gets more annoyed with every person coming in. 1. Papers, please, and we'll get you on your way 2. Papers, please, or you will not be allowed 3. Papers, please, or I'll have you thrown in Jail Hey, many thanks for nearly 3500 likes!
That "random figure" shows up in pretty much every one of Random Encounters' music videos. Sometimes it's just a little cameo, sometimes he plays an integral role in the story. He generally means no harm.
Greetings, inspector, This musical is truly amazing, and you have been rewarded for your efforts. A class 5 apartment will be provided to you free of charge when you are ready. Glory to Arstotska -Ministry of Media & Propoganda
