I'm a paraplegic in America doing the same thing....but without her type of money. I go to junkyards just to get parts and I don't have a 'crew' helping me. Just me and a bunch of friends doing what we love. #DrivingLikeWeStoleIt

Don't be jealous because you are poor. She may have worked hard and started a company and sold it to bank roll her racing or maybe she got sponsors from Porsche or elsewhere.

From what I gather she was introduced by a teammate since her injury was in her early to mid teen years, she had the time & dedication to get the car that she wanted, it is all in a mindset sure she went all out but we do not know what she does for a living and all, yet kudos to her for believing in her dreams & not stopping bc someone tells you, you cannot do it /cheers.

I am physically handicapped person (Both leg affected by Polio), I am having Celerio AMT with adapted ARAI approved Hand control Kit for Break and Accelerator....Got endorsed and DL also...... I have successfully n happily trip finished Ooty, Kodaikanal, Munnar, Yercaud, Topslip, Kollihills and Valaparai (next week planning to Dhimbam and also my great ambition is complete Himalayan trip)......using only hand control..

hmm seems like a lot of mixed feelings towards her because she's well off but we don't know her or where her money came from, I don't feel like she's gloating because she has a 911, but she's saying the after such a life changing injury, you are still able to do awesome things and be awesome. Sure not everyone car afford a 911, or racing, but she didn't say you had to take the same route as her, the moral of the story was not to give up and keep pushing. so don't pass the hate, nor negativity because its not needed, we don't know her struggle

I don't know how she made her money but I use a wheelchair due to SCI 19 years old and then I went to college and got a B.A. in Economics and Accounting and then a Master's in Tax Law. I trade securities. So far this year since January 1 I have made a little over $5,000,000. I am buying a Porsche 911 Turbos S to drive around Lake Tahoe and nor cal. Hard work earns money.

juan gutierrez No it's forward to break (away from her) and down to accelerate. This way she doesn't have to fully kill throttle before she can brake, this enables her to go from throttle to braking and back on throttle faster than going from forward all the way to backward.

Ehm... she's "just" racing... there are lot of paraplegic racing and competing in other sport btw. I don't see the magic here.

She's tetraplegic - i.e. has a broken neck. This means it also affects her arms and hands. The only female one in the world that races - maybe that explains how hard her life is. What exactly do you need to do to impress you?! Oh she was on the team GB squad for wheelchair rugby too, but hey that's nothing eh?
