Thank you guys for all the love on this song - while I still feel embarrassed by this song, seeing all the support has made me feel much more positively about this song, and that means a lot to me. ^_^
This gives me some kind of abusive relationship-type vibes, "Him," and the "Parasite," being one in the same, representing the abuser. "Don't be paranoid, there's nothing wrong with me," Would represent the abused talking to friends/family members who point out that they're not being or looking like themselves, and "It's far too late to save me," and "It's reached my brain and killed every but of life inside me," represent the hopelessness of the person being abused, and no longer feeling like they're able to escape. At least that's what I think.
I love this because of the atmosphere it gives off. The editing and animation in this, as well as things being asymmetrical in the visuals, makes for the amazingly creepy feeling.
This song is really relatable to me, since I suffer from illness anxiety. I always think there's something wrong with me mentally or physically, even though I know there's nothing wrong with me.
i don't think this is neccessarily about depression,,i think it's about ptsd, or at least, that's how it feels. i'm not diagnosed with ptsd or anything, but i have been through trauma, and this song makes me think about that,,especially the part about whoever "him" is ;^;
"Feathers growing in my skin" sweetie you don't have nothing to worry about, i think i know what is happening to you, you're turning into an harpy!!... or into that Sesame Street bird... in which case rest assured that i'll bring the flamethrower Pd: sorry i couldn't stop myself
I love this! If you remake this, I bet it'd be BREATHTAKING. Edit- If I may say, if the words were more clear and the scream wasnt there, it'd be perfect for me, but its still very well done. Better than what I could do.
I saved the .wav, converted to .mp3 and used a tag editor to make the details accurate Now Android music registers it with album art and everything!!! Just gotta work out how to get .lrc files to work without having to put in all the timing stuff :T
galaxy anti lol I made it to be a girl getting infected by a parasite, it wasn't based on a personal experience or smth. but you're right, what is the parasite? 🤔
You should remake this if you're so displeased by it. I personally think this is a great song but then again I have low expectations of music in general hah ^.^' Edit: So what really happens to the girl? Does she go insane/get corrupted?
I'm very impressed with this song, overall. I'm going to make some animations, songs, and such in a few days or weeks. I'm hoping we could do a collab. I look forward to hearing your other songs!!!😊😊😊👌👌👌😊😊😊
Thank you! I hope you have a lot of fun with what you do on your channel! Sadly I am very busy since the end of the school year is close-so busy that I've hardly had time to work on music myself. I'll probably be more open to stuff like that once summer break starts ^.^
That is fine. I have no idea of when I will get my software to animate, so it doesn't matter the time that the collab or whatever is made. (also this is ma favorite song!! I am listening to it right now)
Well now this is public again, guess I can get something off my chest. This song on it's own is pretty nice, and leaves itself open for much interpretation, however, when comparing to your later songs, its rhythm, voice, and just song overall feels janky in comparison, with the visuals at point being...off. obviously this should be expected as this is your first song, but I feel like this could be remastered or improved to bring it up to snuff with the rest of your songs. Overall, I'd give this song a 5.5/10
tbh I've tried a few times to remaster it, but the lyrics are so hard to salvage lmao. I might remaster it a few years from now since it is only a year and a half old lmo
@@PumpkinHead I mean...if you're having trouble salvaging lyrics, then I'd recommend focusing on the back track and song's base first. From there, you take what lyrics works with that, and modify those that didn't work, possibly changing and adding new lyrics entirely. Maybe that goes against the entire idea of a remaster, but it's just a suggestion
