Hi, if you see this comment please reply !! I am a US citizen and my spouse is working on a student visa and soon will receive H1B visa. We would also like to apply for adjustment of status but our issue is that because he's on a student visa, he can't quit his job and move to live with me and I have taken a huge scholarship from a medical organization that involves working for that organization for 3 years at least !! And If I quit I lose the scholarship! Having said that, we're only 40 miles apart but we don't have same address! I have a house in my name and he has an apartment! We do live 4 days a week together but our primary address is different! Is this a problem? Would having different addresses matter on our application?

When I select Parents as the choice to the question "for whom you are filing this petition", I get message says "you may not be eligibility requirements for your petition. "if you are petitioning for your parent, you must be a citizen at the time of petition" How can I prove that I am US Citizen to USCIS website.
My Child foil for me I did my interview 2 weeks ago and I get another letter telling me that they schedule an appointment with dated the same date that I went and did my interview then the letter go on to say they cancel my interview and if they need any thing more they will reschedule another interview I can’t understand that , for the day of my interview the officer told me I pass the interview . Can u tell me if it’s a mistake that they send me those next letters ?

My mother's case was filled May 23,2022 I-130 form. Approved in February 9,2023 . But I seek help from Representative In January, 2023 . You can seek help from Representative in your state you live too or seek help from Attorney immigration can help you to file lawsuits against USCIS.

im petition my parents last 8th may they got interview and also attended this interview but unfortunately they gave questionnaire paper my dad hand . and they said , within 7 days submitted this questionnaire answers otherwise the visa is denied, i have question why they give questionnaire paper interview time? why they don’t said us before interview about this questionnaire? these interviews time i was attending with my mom and dad.but i don’t know why they creating the cass long time process ? how long take the questionnaire time ? please give me reply
Well It happened to me after interview my mother got 221g letter without any documents required to submit. Don't worry this called Administrative processing. After Administrative processing is done your family member will gey Visa I nshaa Allah.
Answer those questions and send them back to the U.S Embassy as soon as possible. Then every 2 weeks send U.S Embassy email by asking checking on your cases Status. They will take decision on your cases I nshaa Allah. Most important be patient and keep praying.
