After the death of his wife, Nanaji was encouraged by his grandchildren to get involved in parkrun as a great way to remain fit and find community with other local people of all different ages.
parkrun is a free, timed, 5km event that happens every Saturday morning in over 720 places all over the UK. As a Vitality member, you earn points every time you walk, jog, run or volunteer.
