I just finished that series a few weeks ago and moved onto the legend of Korra. The art and storytelling are amazing. It shows if you can just do a thing well all the gimmicks don’t matter. Both series are coming of age hero stories and they work incredibly well.

I do the same exact thing, (except with my characters i make) I made a tiefling that went on a rampage after his family tried to kill an elf, which they were previously at war with and he just finished the peace treaty, so he lost control killing his family and ended up as a paladin trying to redeem himself. His name is noitpmeder (pronoucnced noytmieder) he now follows lathander, the god of rebirth and renewal.

Is there any animation or eye candy? I've been watching lots of d and d since my discord friends set up a session, sadly they lost interest and we've not been able to have a session in 3+ months, and only a few have any animation

​@@Masa6x no animations, but they used Tabletop Simulator at first and Fantasy Grounds after a few sessions. You get to see maps and dice rolls from both Players and the DM. They do describe what happens very well though. more recently, the DM has hired someone to draw characters for him, and they are VERY good drawings.

As I said, the real appeal is that the DM and all the players are voice actors, writers, and/or Summoner Blue (who is just great at making and playing characters in general)

I have a tabaxi ranger named Serene.... his stats are almost all based in charisma, He also attempts to befriend and tame pretty much any creature he comes across. Regardless of that If he where to wear it and there was a cat nearby it would essentially give you a -6 to any roll i made
