I also wish I had answers for all of you and for myself. Copyright holders can change their mind anytime they want. They can decided to block a video even if it’s been up for over 2 years. It really hurts to have those videos disappear. But I am most hurt for all of you. I received countless comments and messages asking what happened. There’s not an explanation that I can give. And there’s nothing I can do to get those videos back on RU-vid. I actually didn’t have plans to film a new BTS workout until they have a new album out so I could use those songs as well, but when my 500 calorie video with 1.4 million views was blocked on Monday, I knew it was going to affect so many of you. So I messaged the girls and we met the next day and filmed this workout. I tried to upload it all day and the video in full, which is 45 minutes, was blocked. I edited it 8 times to try to fix it and nothing worked. So I broke it into 2 parts. So make sure you do part 2. Because this is supposed to be 600 calories (personal results will vary) in 45 minutes. Anyway, I hope all of you know and can see how much I care about all of you and that I’m trying hard to make up for those blocked videos 💜💜💜
You can do the same for the blocked ones.no? Why not just cut them into parts and reupload them. And you can do that everytime. Just divide em into 2 or 3 parts so it wouldnt get blocked.
That’s so heartbreaking! I loved those videos so much. The BTS 500 cal workout was the first one I’ve ever tried here and it was kind of special to me. I looked for it this week to send it to a friend and felt very sad when I found out it has been blocked... but that’s good to see that you can do an even better workout video! I thank you and the girls for the hard work! Love you all.
We thank you profoundly for all your efforts, and also thank the girls helping in the workout. It shows how much you care about us. And I would like you to know how much of an impact you and your workout videos have had on my life , my physical and mental health especially during this pandemic. I have a suggestion, may or may not work but what if you use non copyrighted music in your videos (since seems like you added the music during edition) and along with it you add a suggested playlist to play along the workout (the actual music you used to create the workout)

@@chaaaaaaaaaaan wow thank you very much, really!! To be honest, I have not been as consistent as it seems, there have been a few weeks in which I did not do any progress and almost didn´t work out. But my point of view is to not get discouraged or punish myself if I "make mistakes", to never give up, and to keep trying to have a healthy lifestyle in an overall perspective, even if there are days in which I dont do anything. Also, I would say that creating a routine and a workout schedule that fits me has helped me to remain motivated!! (And of course the weight loss hehe). Hope this helps you!
@Satyromaniac I completely disagree with you. Just because someone is doing low impact doesn’t always mean that they’re afraid to do the harder version. I had an Achilles injury and couldn’t jump for a month for the risk of never being able to do these workouts again. I did low impact and was blown away by how I was still getting an awesome workout because low impact does not have to equal low intensity. Not everyone is in a position to do high impact and I applaud people for just simply trying. Otherwise, people give up when they’re made to feel bad if they can’t do the hardest level. But anyway, that’s me.

Ma'am if you ever see this, i want to thank you from the bottom of my heart!! all quarantine i did chloe ting workouts and no shade to her, i love her and her stuff did work for me, BUT I DREADED WORKING OUT!! sometimes the music would drive me mad and i just didn't have fun when doing her workouts. but i recently started doing dance workouts and it's actually super fun! your bts one's have me DEAD but i have fun doing them because i can sing along! so thank you! my calves are burning but that means it's working. 28th october: been doing this for 2 months now and I can finally finish the entire part 1 workout without any break. its true guys, ur body does start to adapt. 2 months ago I used to collapse on the floor after the first 3 songs and now even after finishing the whole video I have the strength to comment lol and I can even do a little bit of part 2 which is like.. CRAZYY????? 3rd November: today for the first time I was able to do both parts with only a 5 min break in between. never thought I wud see this day. tho i did feel like i was abt to pass out at the end of the second part. but it was all worth it. I've noticed a lot of changes in my body ever since i started doing this cardio workout. my breathing has improved ?? like i don't get winded easily and the pacing is better even while im doing the workout. i don't sweat as much. i feel energetic thru out the day, my moods are more stable and lastly the crop top that i workout in, looks less like a crop top and more like a normal shirt now lol.
Same it's literally 2:05am over here. I've never been so excited to workout in my life. It looks super fun, I'm going to try it in the morning when I wake up. Might regret it but hopefully this will be my new thing 🤞

I did this, followed low impact (she’s amazing!!! Thank YOU!) and got very sweaty. This is my first time following one of your workout videos. I am not doing part 2 at this time because my body is tired and I’m new to working out BUT I will hopefully be doing it in the future as my body gets used to working out. Haven’t worked out in about 3 years and gained exactly 100lbs since then. I’ve been so depressed and unmotivated to do anything lately. Today I’m starting day one. After 12 minutes I’m completely tapped out. I’m praying I can keep this up and this will be the start of my weight loss journey🙏🏽❤

@@malu_a_melhor You hit a plateau if you stick to the same thing long enough, your body would've adapted to the routine and you could see little to no results.
Wow is the definition for this workout. I haven't done a cardio workout in a while and I know there difficult but this cardio workout of BTS is a whole nother level. My respect to them for doing these dances and plenty more on 1+ hour concerts on live and give their best. I usually do a full workout almost everyday... well I try my best but his time I did this workout with a friend and it was pretty cool but we only did 11 minutes because we were exhausted and I had a few days without exercising. My goal is to finish this workout in one go with my friend or alone. If your reading this, don't give up because all your hard work would be useless. I LOVE that you included an older woman to start. And that she's doing modified routines. I can't do a lot of jumping because I live in an apartment and even though I hate my neighbor; I don't hate him THAT much. I would have never thought of doing some of these modifications but I can take this with me to other routines as well as modifications I can use. This is BRILLIANT. You are fantastic.
@@elvinyyy3 this is a 2 part workout. You'll burn 600 cal if you did both of it. This video is just the part 1. I ended up burning 600 cal after doing the part 2 in the next video. :)

I wanted to personally thank you for your workouts I have followed you since January this year when I re started my healthy lifestyle plan and exercise and I have now reached my target weight and lost 4.5 stone and I've never felt better. I havent seen this number on the scales since way before I had my son 11 years ago. I feel super strong and healthy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I exercise to your videos every day and mix in cardio and weights/abs strength days I have gained muscle and lost body fat. You have a lifelong follower here my little heart skips a beat when i see a new video pop up especially BTS as they are now my fav band because of these workouts hee hee xxxx

I started this and I thought "oh my gosh this looks so easy and fun". Let me just tell you...I could NOT get through the first two songs. This workout is everything that I need, but can't do yet. Anyways, I'm going to keep trying and hopefully I'll see some great results with consistency!

I’m 30 years old and trying to work out more to lose weight for a surgery I’ve been wanting since I was 20 and this was a nice break from running (and saved me from the sweltering heat and humity this week!) so thank you for making it and including a low impact part! @@A16rizu Nothing too strict with myself, just increased the consumption of fruits and vegetables, and with that, I ended up reducing other things I would eat. I started paying attention to the glycemic index (not eating anything that increases glycemia without accompanying it with other things to avoid any glycemic spikes). I started doing strength exercises to build muscle and not just lose weight with cardio. I'm alternating between the two, and since I posted that comment, I've lost another 7 kg (12 kg in total).

Stumbled across this because I didn’t want to go walk in the horrible heat, I don’t even listen to BTS but this workout killed me so ima try to do this 6x a week for a while and hopefully I lose some weight I’m 168lbs and I want to get to 135lbs, I’ll try this for about 4-6 weeks and if I see results I’ll keep on going! Week 1: ✅ I’m proud of myself for sticking to my word!! I was sweating sooo much during the cooldown.. in the beginning of the week it was so hard, but now it’s not as much and I find myself doing less of the low impact version, i have high hopes for what this workout will do for me!! August 4th 2024 Week 2: ✅ I must say I only did this workout 4x this week, on the 7th I was doing it then I started not to feel good, 10 minutes later I fainted not bc of this I have problems lol, then the next day the 8th it was my birthday and I didn’t plan on exercising and ofc I did use my break day. I was a little unmotivated but I did it! August 11th 2024 Week 3: ✅ I can’t believe it’s been 3 weeks already, I’m at 166lbs not much of change but I still want to give this a chance! I’ve been dealing with a Calorie deficit plateau for a bit and I think I realized why. Im still trying to get to at least below 165 by the end of august! I start my cycle soon so that could also play a part August 18th 2024 Week 4: ✅ I missed a day I can’t lie, it’s getting pretty repetitive for me bc I’ve been doing it 6x a week, I might have to switch it up, I loved this workout tho next week I’ll do like maybe a final update since yk my cycle but yeah! August 25th 2024 Last update, I’m at 165lbs officially, I honestly would recommend doing this workout!! It helped with my stamina so much, it’s just after doing it for weeks it got repetitive, my goal rn is to lose weight so ima just stick to my walking for a bit, maybe I’ll pick this up again in a few months to get more toned and all that 😭 September 8th 2024

@@utkarshanegi481I wasn’t seeing any results but really wasn’t going up either just stuck for months I’ve delt with it before and I just needed to move more but this one was different bc I’ve been consistently working out and it’s never this long.. I think I figured out that I just needed to up my calories weirdly enough, I thought I saw some results but then my cycle is soon so it went up again and won’t see if it’s working for a bit, I’ll tell you if it does or if it doesn’t

Start weight: 87.65kgs Goal weight: 70kgs Day 1: Burnt 183 calories in just this video. Also I did a mix of low and high impact. Day 2: I am so sore from yesterday please remember to do a full body stretch apart from the one she does in part 2 otherwise your body will be very stiff. Also did a lot more low impact today compared to yesterday coz of that. Burnt 172 calories!! Like it to remind me to continue doing it pleaseee!!

i’m happy you have low impact! i broke my leg figure skating when i was 9 and i’ve always had pain when doing things like jumping ever since so it’s nice i can still follow along!!
Aw, I'm sorry to hear that! And yes, I will always show low impact. Even if the video is just me alone, I will film every routine twice in order to show low impact in a separate screen.
I have done this today and my younger brother 8 year old has also joined me in the fire workout and had soo much fun!! This was so refreshing and i really felt good after the workout! 💕🦋
