This is the second video to explain what I modified after I put the new thermostat in the car to get it up to temperature quicker.
Bypassing the oil / water cooler and bypassing the input into the thermostat from this cooler.
This allows the car to get to correct temp when driving around town instead of only after you really push the motor hard.
Car now easily gets under 5L per 100 doing 110kmph with the car full on the way to a holiday. Even with a surfboard on the roof to totally wreck the aerodynamics 😂
(Note in the video say the motor is om616... It's a om611)

Hi could you please help me find the main heating system valve in this w203 c220 cdi. I had problems with the heating inside of the vehicle after some work with the pipes that goes to the radiator inside the dashboard. Thank you.

@@endritshehaj9872 ckemi po disi e rregullova kontrollo kto gjona, po pate rrjedhje uji mrena makines ke probleme me tubat dhe radiatorin qe esht mrena ne kroskot, po pate probleme me motorat elektrik qe Jan ne kroskot ato nuk lejojn qe te vije ajri ngroht e kupton sepse degjohen zhurma ingranazhesh nga kroskoti, po nuk pate kto gjona vendos makinen me dy rrotat e para me siper se pjesa mbrapa ose ne malore me kok, dhe hape kapakun e vaskes ujit e jepi gas makines Duke i dhen gas shto pak uje antifriz ke vaska. Duhet te funksionoje

@@endritshehaj9872 KY model ka probleme me kto motorrat e vegjel qe hapin ajrosjen e makines ndoshta ke makina jote nuk punon fare duhet me e verifiku po qe me fat mjafton te bosh ate manover dhe duhet te jete ok. Ishalla kry pune

Hi, what if i just plug this diesel heating hose? Is this diesel heating necessary if it is only below -10 degrees Celsius? Does it affect fuel consumption or performance? i think if i just plug that hose then the car will heat up even faster?

The water won't flow through the oil cooler or the diesel heat exchanger.
