It's the next day and after spending 4 hours cleaning out the fuel tank and reinstalling it back into the car, I am now ready to assemble the fuel pump assembly and then fit it to the tank.
Sorry I can't record while I am working as I only have my $1,200 Samsung Galaxy phone to make these videos. I bought a Sony Handicam 1080p HD video camera so I will try using that in the near future.
Off camera when I tried starting the engine, the 2nd hand crank angle sensor I used was faulty so I ended up building a good sensor out of 3 distributors and fitted it to the car and it fired up and ran sweet as for a engine that's done more than 1 million km. The engine is getting tired and has a slight bottom end knock when cold but it fine when it's warm. I have another complete engine if needed but we will see how this engine goes. My uncle does not drive very much these days so the engine could last another 10 years before needing to be rebuilt. That's it for now. More to come.
