One of the biggest challenges of working on Rover R8 200/400 and certain Honda cars is the rear suspension - especially trying to remove the suspension strut from the control arm bush. Needless to say, after thirty years this bolt was firmly rust-welded into the bush steel sleeve and it wasn't going to let go for anything. Heat, freezing spray, WD40 and Plusgas and persuading it with a hammer didn't shift it...
