It's very possible that this Jotaro may actually be a result of the new continuity created from the events of the game. Though I guess that doesn't really quite explain why the in-universe fighting keeps occurring other than "player fun" reasons.
honestly, that's probably what Jotaro would do. Star Platinum Over Heaven trivializes most of part 3, and he can prevent anyone from dying. Though Iggy would probably die of old age.
+Nozzivik you're probably right. apparently Boston terriers (Iggy's breed) only have a life span of around 11 to 13 years so unless he was a puppy during part 3 (which he obviously wasn't) he would probably be dead by part 4. :(

Jotaro was pretty lucky the first time around, Dio was stop by Jean Pierre(sorry forgot how to spell his real name), Jotaro was saved by the knife because of his hat and many more instances so yeah Jotaro got lucky defeating Dio

I think you missed one with Kakyoin where he asks Jotaro about what/where is he doing after DIO has been defeated. Of cause Jotaro won't answer , because reasons.

We don't see any of the Enemy Stand Users after they're hospitalized, except for Boingo and Oingo. My guess is Dan has to take his meals through a feeding tube.
Jotaro is rarely ever around in DiU and, when he is, he's either dominating or there's a Stand that hard counters SP's abilities. That rat is the worst possible opponent, since it nullifies Star Platinum's precision. If Dio didn't have the ability to stop time for 9+ seconds, he'd have had trouble himself.
MetroidJunkie Yes he would. But Dio DOES have the ability to stop time for 9 seconds, meaning DIU Jotaro(who in the past could stop time for like 5 seconds) got nerfed big time. It's understandable though. If he still had the capability to stop time for 5 seconds, even the more incompatible stands against Jotaro would be fodder.
