+mmcaog True, he messed up. I always thought Neera Rasaad and Dorn were finely voiced, and Corwin seems fine too. I did hear some cheesy lines in here, but the goblin and gnome seem kinda bad, and the fake jaheira too. Put a smile on my face coz it was bad.
RIP to Khalid. It's funny how in SoD both Khalid and Jaheira were separated at the start and then they ended up killing Khalid off in Shadow of Amn anywat

Nothing wrong with trans characters (Catherine did it so much better) but when they're token used like in this and blatantly so. Nah writing was awful - just because a character is lesbian doesn't mean they would try and get it on with your female character out of nowhere with zero build up or dialogue before hand. The writer was a self confessed SJW who even rewrote fan faves citing things like "sexism" if a female character was portrayed as using her looks to her advantage in BG1... Yet ignoring calling out another female character from said game was literally sexist but in this case a blatant modernist so I guess that's ok?

They should have remade Safana's portrait... Basically every female in the game looks better. She is supposed to be a stunner, not M'Khiin's older sister.
You think that's bad, wait until you play Baldur's Gate 3. During Shadowheart's quest line, you find out that Viconia had taken over the Shar Temple and basically ruined Shadowheart's life by stealing her away from her parents, brain washed her into worshipping Shar and tortured her parents for years.
