I had panic attacks last summer (2022) and I knew that they were not just mental and that there was a strong physiological component driving them too. I knew I needed to reset my nervous system as best I could and enter into homeostasis. I used about 30 drops per day after I had my first panic attack and I used it for about a month. My body ended up balanced and my mind ended up free of panic. I hope you all are well.
I have the capsules and take ine 300mg in the morning. So far, no anxiety but when it gets to evening time I get a litter edgier. I'm thinking about taking another capsule in evening time but haven't decided
@Evergleam yeah I did. In the past 6 months I haven't used anything and instead started listening to a health anxiety audio book. I still get anxious and the beginnings of an attack but after listening to the book I can stop it fast. Going well

I recently ate three fruits and a large glass of tea made by boiling several (8-10)fruits in 4 cups water. I did this right before bedtime. I have never slept so soundly nor dreamed more vividly. The next day, I was a little dizzy for about half the day. I probably got too high a dose, but it works great as a sedative!

Considering the use of anti seizure meds for anxiety, Im wondering how passionflower would effect different types of seizures. My son has Dravet, and presents with Tonic Clonic, Simple partial and myoclonic seizures, possibly absence seizures too. Pharma drug side effects can be awful.
I made one cup of tea with one tbsp of dry passionflower and I started to hallucinate a bit. I noticed this after the first and only sip I took. Is there a reason?
To treat anxiety. Wake up in morning go for a mindful walk straight away then come home and do anti anxiety yoga on RU-vid. Do it every day. Stay away from Alcohol, cigarettes and caffeine.
