1) Open the can of beans and wash them under cold running water (I recommend not using the cooking liquid) 2) Dice the celery and onion 3) Cut a clove of garlic in half 4) Take a deep pan and add a little olive oil 5) Over medium heat add the celery, onion and brown 6) Add the garlic clove 7) Add 3 tablespoons of tomato 8) Cook for a few minutes adding a a little water 9) Add beans 10) Add the pasta and 1 glass of water 11) Add the water a little at a time until the pasta is cooked 12) Once the pasta is cooked to taste, turn off the heat and add a little olive oil and black pepper

• 1 Canned beans 400 gr.
• 1/2 onion
• Celery
• 1 clove of garlic
• 3 spoons of tomato puree
