1) Open the can of chickpeas and wash them under cold running water (I recommend not using the cooking liquid) 2) Dice the tomato 3) Cut a clove of garlic in half 4) Take a deep pan and add a some olive oil 5) Over medium heat add the tomato and garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes 6) Add the Washed Canned Chickpeas 7) Add a glass of water 8) When the water starts add the pasta to boil 9) Add the water to cover the pasta 10) Add a little basil 11) Remove the garlic 12) Add the water a little at a time until cooked 11) Once cooked desired pasta, turn off the heat and add a little oil and black pepper 12) Leave to rest for 2 minutes before eating
