1) Open the can of beans and wash them under cold running water (I recommend not using the cooking liquid) 2) Dice the onion and celery 3) Crush a clove of garlic 4) Prepare a broth in a pan with onion, celery and salt 5) Take a deep pan and add a little olive oil 5) Over medium heat add the Guanciale Stick and brown for 1 minute 6) Add celery, onion, garlic and a sprig of Rosemary and brown for 1 minute 6) Add the red beans and brown for 1 minute 7) Add 200 gr. of tomato puree 8) Cook for a few minutes adding a little hot broth 9) Remove the rosemary and the garlic clove 10) Add the 200 gr. of short pasta 11) Add the broth a few times until the end of cooking 11) Once the desired pasta cooking is reached, turn off the heat and add a little olive oil and black pepper. Let it rest for a couple of minutes and serve - - - Enjoy your meal! - - -

• 200 gr. short pasta (I used Ditali Lisci)
• 1 box of "Red Kidney" red beans of 410 gr.
• 150 gr. of Pillow in Stick
• 1/4 Onion
• Celery
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 200 gr. of Tomato Puree
• Olive oil and Salt and Black Pepper
