Damn Andy, you've done some great cheesesteak sandwiches before but this one, with the pastrami, is over the top my friend. I will definitely be trying this one. Damn that looked so *bleepin* amazing! 😋😋😋

Thank you so much Scott! Yeah I highly highly recommend giving this a try. I didn't mention it but I used boar's Head top round pastrami. Coming up soon I want to make my own pastrami and I have studied many videos and hopefully I get something good. I'll be using brisket flat for mine though.
