@John Stevens All I'm saying is that there are two categories of NFL teams, those who have a QB and those who don't. The cowboys have a qb and they shouldn't move on from him. Even if that means in two years you cut Zeke, Amari, and Jaylon and eat a little bit of money, it is more important to have a top 7 qb imo. I would love to see them get a deal done where it can be backloaded to accommodate for the potential cap lowering as well as some of the big money hitting in the coming years

How many times does it have to be pointed out that *DAK* TURNED DOWN THE OFFERS? They've literally made Dak multiple long term contract offers - Dak wants a 4 year deal, Cowboys want a 5 year deal. Dak said the only way he's taking a 5 year deal is if the 5th year is $45M, which obviously Dallas wasn't going to go for, because hint hint he wants a 4 year deal. Dallas can and has and will slide a contract across the table to Dak any day of the week - they can't make him sign it. Nor should he sign it just because it's offered. It's called *NEGOTIATIONS* for a reason. Jerry tried to marry this chick numerous times - but she wants a nicer ring before she'll say yes

That's my thoughts. Who is going to give Dak a multiyear 200M contract that isn't the Cowboys? I think at best he signs a 2 year deal with little guaranteed money in the 2nd year. He's probably looking at best at 2 yrs, 70M, with 10 M signing bonus and 40 M total guaranteed.
