Patch 1.13 Thoughts | Hunt Showdown 

This update definitely brought some really good things to the game. The drilling, although not my favorite gun, is great for range as well as a counter to a push with the shotgun. My personal favorite addition is the rain. Hopefully it becomes a permanent addition to the roster of maps bc it brings a new element to the game and is a refreshing change to each map.

1.13 has been absolutely amazing. After 2500 hours it feels like a horror game again. And the fact that I'm able to find games almost instantly has been refreshing(while not a huge issue being in the US, it's still nice)! The rain has been astounding and I love it. Hearing so many people praising the event has also been refreshing. Thanks for a great little insight video!

gratz on the name change! it was the first thing I ever bought with BBs but was disappointed with the name.

The Avto is still faster TTK outside of Nitro. 3 shot burst of long ammo.

The Gallus Arm is definitely better. Loved the video and agree with your points.

From my testing in the shooting range, the underbarrel shotgun of the Drilling is NOT equivalent to a Romero. It's worse. It's much closer to a Rival in terms of one-hit kill distance. I would use it with slugs if you have the option instead of buckshot.

Drilling is not an odd name it is just the german name for the gun type.... "Drilling" means "Triplet"

Feel mostly the same! Like the update, Rotjaw looks great, but is usually not worth the hassle... didn't play the Drilling so far and I am happy about the increased player base as well.

You're on point for the most part when talking about Drilling, but the pellet spread of the shotgun barrel is nowhere near Romero in terms of range and consistency, and the OHK plummets after 10m (you'll lucky to get OHK even at 10m tbh, more like 8-9). And by plummets I mean it doesn't exist, whilst Romero can secure kills at 13m in ideal scenarios. Also, you will not 2tap people at 100m with it to the chest either. More like 60-65ish tops.

Not 100m 2 tap range on the drilling. Test range confirmed 60m. Dum dum, extends that a little, and fmj puts it in the high 70s meter range. If it actually 2 tapped at 100m it might be worth 510 hunt bucks lol. Right now I think it’s worth around 410

It's definitely not bug free. There's several bugs, which at this point is to be expected. Burn traits either don't go away, or go away prematurely. Fire ammo sometimes does almost no damage in the rain (not counting the burning them part, it literally does half or less health damage. It's a cool update gear wise and I'm also enjoying the newer players (went from 5/6-3 stars myself and actually surprised these newbie 3 stars are kicking my ass some times) I'm just a bit tired of the bugs. If they patch them, cool. But lately they don't patch bugs until an event is over and since they last 3 months now, I don't think that's acceptable. But that's me.

I bought this game over a year ago.... still ain't played it yet except the tutorial. Dope game I just don't understand why you can't go in solo against other solos.
