Besides the diet changes, and more hydration, what other treatment has worked? I've had chronic headaches since February of 2014. In conjunction with the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN I've tried medication, botox, acupuncture, etc with very little relief. I no longer take any meds at all. Just didn't help.
