@@TrippHPjunkie Twin disc is better - all you need is a half the lever effort...... The fork sliders, disc and caliper all came from another (wrecked) bike - I always look around and check out ebay a lot as you never know what you'll find !

I know what it takes man thanks....just saying that my brake mods on my bike where on a budget of rotors and pads wanted to see what kind of difference fancy rotors and pads does to braking performance on a harley and its alot with these fancy galfer rotors

@@TrippHPjunkie I tried that at first - and found that EBC pads improved braking efficiency but wore the discs out quick - that's how I ended up with the twin disc thing. Pad materials aren't always compatible..... stock Harley pads have a lot of carbon in them so they don't wear the rotors out so quick.... they don't brake as well but as discs for Harleys are so expensive.... I find twin discs and pads last about four times as long as a single disc and pads. Maybe it's just because I don't end up panic barking when a cage pulls out any more after all, I know I can stop now. I can't understand why any manufacturer only fits single disc nowadays.

tripp_hpjunkie thanks for the reply man I actually went and bought it from a shop on Friday. Is the pipe really not that loud before you removed the baffle? I have two slip ons on my 07 dyna Fxd and they are SUPER loud.

@@TrippHPjunkie yeah I got dual disc and the lower lines seem to be almost 400 bucks. I haven’t checked everywhere but in my quick search for longer lines that’s what I’m finding

@@TrippHPjunkie yeah I was looking on the trackerdie site and looks like the 49mm forks doesn’t come with a spacer to change the size. Weird because on the 39mm it’s optional +2 or +4. I’ve done my sportster and ordered some for my dyna now. So that’s why I’ve been searching these videos. 😂
