@jayy88 okay then why are you complaining about the draft if you have no idea how it will turn out? The best wr available was an old number 2 receiver in calvin Ridley. I'd much rather rely on young players on cheap contracts. We aren't in super bowl mode right now. The best left tackle available was Trent Brown but he doesn't even want to be here. Wolf has resigned our good players to great deals and addressed our concerns in the draft. Sure they might not work out but it's better than overpaying for less than stellar players on the market

These dudes DID NOT DO THEIR JOB. Belichick is gone and here are scratching our heads. I DO NOT feel good about Maye more like a poor man Bledsoe. We needed a speed receiver we pick up Polk who can’t friggin run and then as the final slap in the face to die hard fans you draft a guy who has not played left tackle. But who you THINK can play left what are thinking!!! Terrible. So thanx now I’m not at all excited about this season. You guys had a chance to turn the franchise around and all you did was miss. 😡😡😡 Grade F. I am SOOOO DISAPPOINTED! Cmon Man You were well positioned to really do something but you did little to nothing even with sobs of the best possibility we’ve had in a long time.

We did that with Tyquan Thornton. How well has that worked out. The good thing about Polk, is he goes and gets the ball. Those are things you can’t teach. He’s got a mean streak to him. You can always freshen up route running. Polk will be a good nfl receiver

And in terms of the tackle position. We got screwed with like 5 teams taking tackle right before us. It was either address wr with 2nd pick or tackle and we chose wr. Remember this is a building year anyway. This team isn’t going to turn it around in one year.

@jamespeterson7100 4th round hasn't began. Ladd has had major season ending injuries and is tint we have 4 slots better than him on the roster... Polk ceiling is Mike Evans, Devante Adam's. Floor is Jakobj Meyers rn. Many accomplished wr in the nfl ran slower 40s than him. He ranks 300 out of 3500 qualifying wr in athleticism since 1980... yall really need to do home work instead of listening g to the media and watching highlights.

Patriots finish 2024 at 2 wins and 15 loses. They get the #1 in the 2025 draft and get a left tackle and a true #1 WR. After 2025, the Patriots move on from Eliot Wolf rather than admit that Mayo was not the right choice (even though Robert "had a feeling").
