Patsy was one of the best female vocalist of her time. There is no telling how many more great songs she would have had if she had not died in a plane crash at the age of 31.
Patsy, my dear sweet beautiful Patsy. her voice and style and poise has always seemed so graceful and incredibly beautiful to me. Her voice is undeniable, crystal clear and simply perfection. ❤️
Epic recording. One of the greatest of all time. Her voice is other worldly. This song is absolute perfection. Her tone and her inflections are beyond words. And you just FEEL every aching word she sings. Sublime. This is on my list of “pick 5 songs to send out into space which represent the best this planet has to offer, showing our emotions, talent, heart, our HUMANITY to any other intelligent life form who may stumble upon it someday.”
Truly one of countrys greatest female artist that we lost way to soon RIP Patsy and I'm still riding along with you on your country music journey we just need to stop at the next convenience store for a rest stop and some snacks
Written by Willie Nelson. He plays this in every concert. He permitted the late Patsy Cline to sing this. Patsy Cline toured with Loretta Lynn. As for Loretta, she has younger sister Crystal Gayle. Patsy was like a sister to them. One day, DJ Cactus Jack Call died in a car accident. Patsy, the late George Jones, et al played in a benefit concert. Patsy took a plane ride, but the plane crashed. She + everyone else in the plane died. 😭 Her death was devastating for Loretta + Crystal. 😭 RIP Patsy Cline, Cactus Jack Call Suggested next video: I Fall to Pieces. 👩🎤
- Back to the 1950s : 1). The US had won WW II & the G.I.s who returned were happy since they had survived .. 2). The wartime technology was making it's way out into civilian society .. 3). Prosperity all around : everyone had a job and it was well paid .. 4). Rock n' Roll had just been introduced .. 5). Everyone believed strongly in the future .. >>> " FANTASTIC "
Beautiful song. It was written for Patsy, but she passed and it was vaulted. It was perfect for LeAnn Rimes and offered to her. She really did it justice❤️❤️❤️
As long as you're doing country music, I'd love to see both your reactions to Uneasy Rider by The Charlie Daniels Band. I think it'd be a trip for y'all! There are 2 versions, one he rides by himself, and another he rides with a friend (I think the second is called Uneasy Rider '88)
Need to try and react to Garth Brooks. His videos are hard to find and there are a lot of covers of his songs online that are sung by someone else. You best way to check him out is through concert videos. ''Ain't going down till the sun comes up'' ''The dance'' ''Thunder Rolls'' and more.
I just love Patsy Cline's voice. I enjoy your channel, but you should sit closer to the micro we can hear you better. Just a little constructive criticism. I really enjoy watching you and your hubby!
The one and only Patsy Cline. She died way to young, at 29, in a plane crash leaving behind her beloved mother, her husband and two babies. There is a great movie about her life called "Sweet Dreams" after her hit song. Jessica Lange plus Patsy in a great performance that earned her an Oscar nomination. I also love her song "Faded Dreams"
Home Free released their rendition of Crazy last week. It is heavy with harmonies and Austin (aka When a Man Loves A Woman) sings in the same key as Patsy. Really great listen!
