To return to become a House Daddy and want to quit playing music and just play with his son and start making bread. I went through SO MANY life changes with the Beatles and John Lennon's music as my soundtrack. I still cry and feel like what Janis Joplin sings "Take another piece of my heart now baby ", every time I think about that night and someone actually SHOOTING John Lennon of ALL PEOPLE ! ? ! ? WHY JOHN? ! ? Was it that he truly was a person who has had enough life experience that he became an enlightened being therefore a threat to the governments! That he had reach Buddha head or had embodied the essence of Christ? That is why he was able to deeply Touch people with his wisdom and lyrics. Like Christ, Buddha, Bob Marley, Prince and John Lennon they all tapped into that same MESSAGE they were ALL TEACHING about Peace, Love, Light and living in Harmony! It's on my bucket list to go to Strawberry Fields in Central Park to attend the yearly commemoration of folks who gather to honour him on December 8th. People bring out guitars, drum, key board, amps and play Lennon and Beatles music. It's beautiful and I think John would have really appreciated it too Maybe I'll see you there someday too! If Paul was prepared, I'm sure he wouldn't have expressed it like that. But he must have been distraught and grieving for his partner, and hadn't got to grips with how to express his feelings in that moment or didn't want to breakdown in public.
