The biggest issue I see with ref's besides bad calls in game deciding moments is that they dont let players have EMOTION. They cant react to anything or express any emotion or they'll get hit with a tech. They expect all these players to just be robots. A player flagrant fouls you and talks shit to you and they expect you to do nothing.

There's no way that the contact he had was anything meant to be harmful or threatening and when the refs are being that ridiculous throughout the whole game, the refs should not be invincible. The refs told D'Antoni they missed at least 4 calls IN THE FIRST HALF. They then proceeded to miss the same calls in the second half, except for the Draymond call.

I am no James Harden fan, but when I hear seemingly smart people say things like, ignore it and play through, I want to know if they're really thinking objectively. It's bad enough that you gotta play KD, Steph, Klay and Draymond, but you gotta play the ref too! Come on! Twist it or turn it, it's not right. They need to incentivize refereeing. There should be more accountability by the refs, and I get errors will happen, but some are too glaring.

But the real problem is not just the referees but also how the rocket plan their whole system on foul call and three point shooting. You cant have a system that rely in foul calls and cry about it when its not getting called. Foul are gonna be inconsistent but playing properly with good ball movement and better defense is consistent.Steph is a superstar that barely get any calls yet you dont see him bitching about foul call because he’s game is based on his shooting and not hoping for ft

Ref's do dictate the game they throw off the tempo they throw off the rhythm that the team starts to build they can throw off everything for a team they can throw you out and throw your whole team off. There's a really interesting interview that has Tim Donaghy explaining how he did it to team's and his fellow referee's and how he profited off of it.

People watch these clips and repeat them in comments. Pierce said this ref makes calls and won’t discuss or advise players. Harden’s problem is entirely different. Also what is the context? Harden is given a huge amount of foul calls his way generally. Often with flopping which is supposed to be a foul. Does he simply lose because this guy doesn’t make the calls he wants? The games they lost were to different team so is the perceived bias just against the Rockets? Anyone know?

Why not complain/ask questions? The NBA riggs matchups based on officiating/ratings. The only way it'll improve is to put an end to it.

The only way to put an end to it is if someone starts investigating the NBA and the officiating and finds evidence of them rigging games. I find it absurd that no organization has even tried to make an investigation yet. With all the controversies you would think someone by now would’ve taken action and done something about. EXTREMELY Suspect that no one has done anything yet
