I don't think Conor will slow down. That was at 170lbs completely out of his weightclass limits, not even close to peak conditioning that he is used to in a fight. He went 3 rounds with Max Holloway at 145 easy and had a torn acl during the fight. I mean shit he went 5 rounds in the 2nd Diaz fight and really only looked tired in brief moments of the fight and in both fights Conor was landing haymakers on an extremely durable dude. People are acting like he is going to gas out just dancing around the ring for 30 mins is a joke, he will only get tired if Mayweather is able to eat his shots the way Nate did which imo wont happen.

Looking back at it now paulie actually in detail predicted everything. Predicted all the fouls, predicted the lack of ability, predicted the coaches not knowing what to say in between rounds and predicted the character conor had to show in the fight
You know what I believed Paulie until the footage was released on the knockdown, I didn't care about anything but that knockdown. He said for a whole week that McGregor was frustrated and literally shoved him down out of frustration and it was nothing like that, in any sanctioned Boxing match it would've been called a knockdown. Then once it's released and it's said that after the fight happens they'll be releasing the whole 12 rounds then Paulie says oh no you won't be able to believe that either because I wore the exact same clothing on both sparring days and that they'll edit 12 rounds to make him look good, but when you look at the pictures he didn't, he had different stuff on both times they sparred. It's like why are you blatantly lying Paulie? How can it also be that you went 8 rounds sparring hard and then 12 rounds sparring hard and you're the only one bruised and beat up regardless of what kind of head gear you had on but McGregor had not one mark both times?

what he said was true about conor choosing the easy way out against nate diaz. he quit the minute he shot for the takedown because he knows he has no chance on the ground with nate. he didn't wanna take the beating standing up which would result in getting knocked out even tho if he had a chance at that point it would have been standing up but he shot for the takedown and decided that getting choked was the " less embarrassing" way to lose. nate diaz even said that he has alot of submission victories because when he starts beating people up standing up they shoot on him. still full credit for coming back in the rematch.
as an mma fan, i actually really like paulie. i liked him more before he went on this crusade but i completely understand him wanting to defend his ego. that being said how in the fuck can he say conor doesn't have balls? does he not understand the type of person it takes to go inside a locked cage and fight another man with nearly every part of your anatomy? every person conor has been in the cage with since he joined the ufc would chew paulie up and spit him out within 30 seconds in a real fight. that's balls. i'm a normal dude, i go to the gym and lift and shit and i've been in my share of street fights over the years but if you asked me which i would rather do for 1 million dollars, box someone or get locked in the octagon with someone, i'm choosing those 10 ounce gloves and every single time. it's just a far less scary sport in general (no disrespect just truth)
