Madam, you have not considered the minimum wages in this calculation. Rule says, Bonus has to be calculated on the higher amount of Minimum wages or Rs7000/- @8.33. Pls recheck.
Yes it's consider,if employee’s wages equal to or more than Rs. 7,000 or the minimum wages fixed by the govt.,the bonus will be payable on Rs.7000 or the minimun wages as fixed by govt.whichever is higher.
Madam ye jo 21000/-hain ye gross salary hain ya basic and DA hogi.cinfusion hain.mere hisab se ye 21000 ceiling basic plus DA k upr hi hoga..app bataiye ki sa hoga.on gross ya basic k upr hoga ye 21000ceiling. Aur man lijiye pichle 5 salo mein se 2/3sal loss hua tab bhi bonus dena padega??
Is it required to calculate bonus on attendance basis also?? Like if salary of ram is 6000 he came 300 days out of 365 , then bonus -6000*12*300/365*8.33/100 Please reply for my this doubt
