I tore my PCL 12 years ago and I can honestly say it never going to go away. I'm in pain every single day of my life for 12 years and I do meticulous rehab and weight lifting to keep my legs strong
I tore my PCL in 2017, I rehabbed it, was able to run marathons/triathlons. Eventually, as I progressed to training for an Ironman in 2023, my knee gave out. I had to get surgery. If you are very active, it'll eventually eventually come back. (@@DudePeace101
Grade 2 PCL tear, not torn apart completely. Trying to manage without surgery now. Can anyone in India suggest/recommend a knee brace that supports PCL please? Not a lot of options in India for PCL and imported ones costs more than the surgery itself. Please help
It's been 6 years since my torn PCL playing basketball the first year I did rehab and was able to play basketball and run again but in my third year I reinjured my pcl and fully torn it after falling from a hike when trying to climb a mountain and ever since I haven't able to run and it's been 3 years I haven't been able to run and have alot of stability I recently started exercising and rehabbing again but sometimes my foot gets sore as well which never happened before I'm 27 what do you recommend the best option for me I haven't went with the surgery yet and are you supppse to use a knee brace to help keep it stable especially when exercising?
