I have a feeling that due to the video delay you all are now in the post-Canada phase of your trip. Wherever life's trail may lead -- Be safe; keep at it! As for me, I shall be a Codger purist and watch through to the very end! So thankful that you have brought us along.
Bummed to have missed you in my backyard! It's hard to figure out exactly where to go ... I drove to Mazama on Sept 7 based on a tip and out to the West Fork trailhead (detour) but never saw you (nor at the Lion's Den). But following you has been fun! And no, it's not my parents who watch you :) Happy Trails!

Rumbles could you add a little bit of your day to day use of your Inreach. I used on on the AT but it would be good to see your use at the beginning of the day, during the day, (weather check) and end of day maybe checkin. Thanks and Happy Trails to you No Filter and Hazel.
It's sad for me - but , I'm pretty sure, glad for you - that you are near to ending this year's adventure through-hiking the PCT at this point in your vlogs, I've loved going on this adventure with you vicarously through a bunch of country where I've lived my entire adult life here in the PacNW (and many places here in Orygun and Washington where I worked for almost 40 years). Since I watched your AT adventures last year and this year's PCT hike, the only thing left is the CDT next year!!!! ...as long as Mrs, Rumbles is up for it, of course,,😂
Codgers (& their wives): New money opportunity! Every year, the Codgers will take a group of people that are overweight for the best weight loss clinic. It is anywhere from 140-170 days beginning in late March thru September. Average weight loss: 50-70 pounds. You could charge anywhere from $3K-5K per person. Please note that each weight loss participant must bring his/her camping, food, etc. equipment (plus money for town stays and resupplies). The Codgers take a minimum of 20 people per year. NOTE: not sure that is enough money for the Codgers!!!😮😅😂
Lake chelan (shuh LAN) is so beautiful. Not great for resupply but they have food and camping and bathrooms and showers. Just pricey. But beautiful. Looks like you all enjoyed yourself and practically had the place to yourselves. Happy trail time for sure
What is the minimum requirement to be a Codger? In the simplest form would be chronological age (see Driver's license). Mental age could be another And there could be people who are given honorary Codger status...
