We've been doing your morning PE sessions every day for the last six weeks. My son is 16 and has down syndrome so finds some of the exercises quite challenging. It takes him a long time to learn new things. At the start of the six weeks he would sit and watch for the majority of the session but over time has tried a little more each time and has grown in confidence. Now you are part of our regular routine and he really enjoys the session. And after trying and trying has now mastered the burpee! Yay!
