Let's start with a positive This hasn't killed Lee or given him the shits (Yet) I'm gutted Kay tbh I wanted you to make Ham & pea soup and you chose to do Pea & Ham ... I have to say the consistency of that soup was a tad thick. Btw I'm sure you've made this before.
Kay... My three kids and I love to watch your cooking shows. This one hit a nerve as I saw the tears in your eyes after the taste test. YOU are an exceptional mother and cook. Mmmmm I too prefer my onions boiled instead of fried in oil where they smell amazing and caramelize turning them from harsh to sweet! Another boring recipe that Kay has done her way and made amazing!
Great video Kay I love split pea soup. A suggestion would be to use chicken stock/broth instead of water for some extra flavor. Can you make Chicken Cordon Bleu?

Hey Kay, little tip - fold a damp tea towel in half and pop it under your chopping board it will create friction stopping it from moving on your work surface. P.S keep living the dream ✌️

next time kay add it back to stovetop add water & seasonings like salt pepper ( even a packet soup will do wonders for flavour ) then at the end swirl in some cream ... i love a thick slice of garlic bread with mine
