Like everything you create the designs have impeccable attention to detail that makes them so special. Stencils often look so basic, amateurish even and yet you managed to create a system that leaves a professional looking decorated cookie. The airbrushing and use f multiple layers with shading all give the eye something to sophisticated to see. I love that the cookie can be finished after the airbrushing of a layer or two OR can be jazzed up in infinite ways. I imagine you could-or maybe have already experimented with some pretty elaborate designs by using the stencils as purely background and embellishing with your gorgeous royal icing work. I can't wait to see what you will do with these.
I purchased the Noel set recently, but I think I will have to purchase this set as well. Love, love, love your RU-vid Channel. Happy New Year to you and your family!
Now that I'm starting to feel better, I need to break-in my airbrush and try some of your designs. I think they'll incredible. I can't wait to see what comes next!!
Hi Julia! I love your work! You are so inspiring and easy to follow. I am almost done in my Baking and Pastry courses, and am so glad I found you on her as your teaching will only further my knowledge! :)

Julia M Usher ...at the risk of appearing nosey?....transplant? As in heart, lung transplant? Or repotting a plant/tree out in the garden lol!! Stickybeak I know!? ...but I just had to ask 😁 Ps. It doesn't surprise me that you're cranking up the oven 😉. ..I imagine it's cooking away on most days? 😁
Beautiful Julia... I just Love all of your cookies. I have a quick question, Can you freeze completed cookies such as the ones in this video for 1 week before wrapping in cello bags for a large party ? I have to make 160 decorated cookies and wanted to get a jump on them without having them go stale. But I want to freeze them completely decorated so when I pull them out I just have to wrap them. Thanks Arlene
Thank you so much for the very prompt reply. The party is on Dec. 10th, so what I think I will do is bake them all on the 3rd, (keep them in an airtight container), flood them all on the 4th and start airbrushing them on the 5th..this way I have the 6th and 7th to wrap and tag..I really didn't want to be doing anything 2 days before the party for I have so many other projects to do as well..Thanks again, and You are the ABSOLUTE BEST..i TELL EVERYONE YOU ARE THE COOKIE MASTER...xoxoxo
some of the videos have a white blocking in front of you and the work area making it difficult to concentrate on the video. I don't think I am missing anything, but not sure at times.
