Thanks for your video. I didn't follow it exactly, but mostly. I used a jar of peaches so I was able to skip a bunch of steps and leave out the sugar. It was delicious 😋

Mmmm... that looks amazing. I have a ton of peaches so I'm going to make some today. I don't have any fresh ginger at home, do you think pickled ginger would work as well?
