Agreed...as a person in general, I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire..but his role in this film is great. I can live with the fact that he a good actor but also a terrible human being.
I know it's just a movie, but the old man in the store is the truest southern comfort type of human that represents us that grew up in the woods away from society
@@anonimushbosh why does that matter, they are actors. Who they are outside matters 0. Same as any profession, do you want the best doctor or the nicest one lop
@Wales Eakes for what, not cancelling everyone that does something i disagree with. Im adult enough to seperate the person and their output. Im sure a huge % of actor, musicians, and artists are all assholes and done bad shit, does not mean i cant enjoy their works.
@@callisto537 Floyd Mayweather is a woman abusing piece of shit. BUT he is also one of the greatest boxers of all time. Just because people are deplorable, does not mean that their ability at their craft cannot be appreciated.
Im surprised Shia never get any Oscars nomination for his works. He is one of the greatest actor of his generation, alongside Robert Pattinson who also underrated.
Shia is absolutely one of the best actors in our recent times. To say he is not would be crazy wild. He has had his issues but that has nothing to do with his ability to act! Underrated and not appreciated is what he is ! Hope he gets many more roles!
I put this movie off for so long because I thought it was just another run-of-the-mill indie film. I wasn't sure what to make of Shia Labeof. Little did I know that 'Penutbutter Falcon' would change my life. Please listen to me: if there is one film to be evangelical about, it is this one. It's a giant God-hug that will change your world-view and leave you skipping for days. Life changing. Please don't sleep on this.
@@elizabethmae9586 I would have just said "He's a nut job", but you clearly show more compassion than me! :) You're spot on - he really is an amazing actor...it's hard to ignore his talent even when he does destructive things.
He’s just got that presence that you feel is real and genuine, that he’s almost not even acting and just being himself. His films are always my most anticipated because of this!
“Party” hahaha I love this movie so much man. I thought Honey Boy was good but this film was my favorite out of the two recent Shia films. Idk which performance was better as Shia playing his dad was really good but this one had such a wholesome feeling throughout the film and just pure joy coming off the screen with a free spirited vibe that every human wants to live like
Okay Dakota was fine in this scene, but why is everyone talking about that when that’s definitely not the highlight of this scene? Lol with Zack and Shia being so good, they’re what make this movie as pure and amazing as it is
This and heartbreak ridge are the two i cant get through without having a heart full of tight emotion and a face full of tears. But both are motivating as hell
I haven't seen this movie yet, but I can tell from these clips that I'm going to download it and it will become my go to feel good movie! Great job cast!
