It really depends on the body. Every body is different (regardless of being post-partum or not) and I wouldn't like to suggest anything without knowing more about your body first. Generally speaking, if it feels good, do it more! If your body grumbles (even a little bit), back off the exercise xxx

Good afternoon 🙂 Thank you for this. My LEFT pelvis is usually ANTERIORLY tilted and my medial hamstring tight? Left shoulder tilted forward and upward, rotated feeling. The right hip feels normal. When standing more than 2 minutes I often have to move my left foot slightly in, slightly pigeon-toed. Please advise on the best exercise to follow for even re-aligment. Hi Afzaal, I'm afraid I can't offer any advice without you being a 1-2-1 client. There's far too many possibilities to even be able to begin to guess. Do what feels good to you and stop anything that aggravates your normal symptoms x
