They built that gate a few years ago, wonder how it got through building department. 7700 units with seniors who need services and units get older that need repairs and install only 2 security lanes in. No comm sense
I worked security there just a year ago. I have worked at that very same main gate, I knew this was gonna happen eventually. They are severely understaffed and they can't keep people there long enough to learn how to work the gates. Shame
FPI security handles that post it’s not FPI fault it’s insanely popular can’t blame the kids who do security. Sucks because they’re gonna end up losing a huge contract.
They definitely will lose it. I worked there a year ago. It's not all on FPI, Century Village underpaid people and excepted us to act like the royal guard there
