I been living in CVPP since 2010 and what I have been told by few people they change company's but STILL have problems no matter if you call both gates you have a visitor the bloody answer box is full and no matter you tell head security, they say they do. I pull my hair out! You go to monthly meetings every Tuesday each month and its the same crap! Us senior for one way bark too much. I like we have a traffic light on EACH section cause people race and don't stop or place a sign in Spanish one way or do not enter!
This lady is full of crap. My late Grandmother lived there in the late 90’s and although the problem wasn’t as bad then as it is now, the Security Guards at the gate always treated the pass holders like trash. I loved My Grandmother very much but I hated going there to see her because there was always the threat of a fight with the security guards who were nothing but bullies.
@@sutterpark NO!…. But I did go into Kings Point, Delray to pick up my father one day who was visiting a friend. Pulled into a resident’s parking space in front of the condo, to pick him up…. I’m not even out of the car and there is an old POS threatening to have me kicked out if I didn’t park in the visitor’s parking 50 yards away! I felt like telling him what I thought about his little Shangri-La!! But I just wanted to pick up my father and get out of that prison!
No No! Do you live in CVPP? I do and its MAD! I call the Front and rear gate because if one the securty don't pick up the phone or the answer machine is full I call one the gates to note them a vistors is coming, Now if you have a Nurse or Doctor or any other people coming you tell the both gate who coming to you home
