Penny was, like Starbury, a one Man show point guard, not a shooting guard. And I dont understand why 2k create this Phoenix Suns team( Its the Suns from 02/03 but the same roster) . They played playoffs but It was a average team no like the Suns from 04/05
Erik, Penny was actually way more than that. If it wasn't for those multiple injuries, he would have been one of the elite players in the league for a long time....and he was very unselfish, unlike Starbury who never built a good chemistry with him because of his score-first mentality
@@hw5091 his handle only started looking shaky after he gained all that water weight after both them botched knee surgeries, He lost all his range of motion laterally. Before injuries Penny had a quality crossover and deceptive hezi with great foot work. He also was starting to developing a smooth double crossover Almost as strong as prime Grant Hill's
@@carlwallace1129 His footwork was always great, but handle just a bit off. Go watch him against good defenders with long arms, and they give him problems. Also he would miss dribble a lot just going up the court.
