This is a play along workout challenge "Gamble inspired idea" that I borrowed to create a more basic workout for the 5 modes of the pentatonic so you can practice and master all 5 modes with great command.
The Workout will start simple and gradually increase. This video is the basic level using nothing faster than eighth notes but increases difficulty with permutated patterns, string skipping, and cross patterns. Give it a try, see if you can make it to the end with no mistakes.
Make sure you save this playlist and practice all 5 Modes.
The backing track and PDF file are all free under the Backing tracks and FREE Stuff section of the website. Practice till you master this mode and then move onto mode 2 and so on.
Practice hard and daily! Hopefully this makes it a bit more fun to do.
