Leah really was the star of this episode. She got so much screen time and she NAILED IT every time. We also got to see Annabeth’s fatal flaw when she pressed the police officer showing her pride and fierce attitude. Also also I love love love love the slow and steady transition of percabeth going from kind of hating each other to friends. The slow burn is written so well that even just a small smile from Annabeth at Percy’s joke was a BIG DEAL! Now thats how u write a good slow burn slow burn 🙏🙏😩 I also love the changes and additions they made to the plot. For example going to the arch because they need shelter rather for just funsies. I always found it weird in the book how they have this major deadline but Annabeth insists on going to the arc. As much as she loves it, she IS wise so the change didn’t annoy me at all. I don’t understand how some people are constantly complaining because I’m having a blast over here 🤭 WE NEED LONGER EPISODES!!!

I loved this episode so much in my opinion has been the best episode yet it captures all three of there characters so well especially when Percy tricked Annabeth it really shows his fatal flaw PERFECTLY and it made me so happy. Also when Annabeth starts talking about why she ran away like I think it was done so perfectly and Grover talking about Pan was so exciting like he finally talks about his pretty much life goal. Also the end was like so book accurate it was amazing it was almost exactly how I imagined it and also the cinematography when he fell from the arch was amazing! Also I LOVE the way they made it able for Percy to get into the water! I also CAN NOT wait for the next episode it looks like it’s going to be so so so amazing also Ares and then at the end of the preview Ares is closing the door to the truck and I can’t wait also we’re finally getting The Fates in the next episode!!!!!

this was my favourite episode so far as well! the echidna scene in the train sold it to me - how it slowly built tension with music and dialogue was splendid. and suzanne cryer as echidna added to it, she acted fabulously. on the top of that the chimera design looked fantastic, so i was just very pleased with this episode, even though it was so short. and in the next one we're finally getting ARES, i hate him in the books, but am so excited to see in the show hahah

I may check out your other reviews. 🙂 And someone who’s terrified of heights, seeing Percy hang there with no hope of getting back up was terrifying. Like my goodness! That scene was done sooooo well!!!!!!!

I loved this episode one thing though is that it was the shortest episode so far and I feel like they could have done the funny scene with the pink poodle so that they could get money for the train, but this show is so good! The best thing is this community everyone is so supportive and there are so many cool edits and reaction videos!!!

Only problem I have with this show. Not enough episodes and they’re too short. This is Disney, they can afford more and longer episodes, don’t even try to tell me they can’t. Hell, this is a problem I’ve had with most if not all shows on Disney +, not just this one.

The actor of Echidna is great! I think she was the best option for Echidna, in my opinion. 😅

Also the Fates are going to be in the next episode!

Not the Percy Jackson show but the Percy Jackson musical. But not the original songs, but the outtakes. So there is a outtake that isn’t labeled as a outtake called Take the Weight by Kristen stokes and omg I cried the first 20 times I listened to it. There is one lyric that goes “it’s like how much can you take, before you break?” And the chorus is absolutely amazing. Originally it was going to be my grand plan because they had to cut it so they wrote this super awesome song until they could find a way to write it in. So they had to scrap it but I still love it so much

I still don't understand new fans. They absolutely love Luke (kind of understandable). What I don't get is how they hate Sally and/or Annabeth. Like what?!

English is my first language and I also cannot pronounce Greek words in English. You're not the only one, don't worry! But like... this episode was so good, but I agree it was WAY TOO SHORT! I blame Disney for that though. They probably gave them a specific amount of run time that they couldn't go past.

(We live really far from each other) On the day of the premier we had a lot of things going on, mainly paxking our stuff in the dormitory since it was the Holiday season that comes up. Then the last two episodes was in the Holiday season. So yeah the first episode that we will watch together will be the peak of Percybeth and Ares.😂
