Great Appetizer Tray Recipe for the upcoming Super Bowl Party.
This is a modern twist on how to make deviled eggs and with the addition of candied bacon that has cinnamon and brown sugar you can't be that. The ingredients for deviled eggs are mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and egg yolks, in this recipe I added some cream cheese in order to give it a more luxurious feel in the mouth. This is one of those retro recipes from the 1950's and 1960's.
To make ahead you can wrap the egg whites in the fridge tightly then two hours prior to your guests arriving you can pipe them with the egg yolk mixture then you are all set.
This deviled egg recipe is unique because the eggs stand up on their ends so they stand tall on a regular plate so there is no need for special deviled egg trays.
You serve them warm at 350F for 8-10 minutes so the flavors are alive. You top off the deviled eggs with a piece of candied bacon for textural interest.
I like to spend time at the party and not time behind the stove when I am entertaining that is why it is important to have good cocktail food or a great appetizer tray. Every time I make this people say it is the best horderves they have had in a while. If you follow the recipe you will have perfect eggs every time with bright yellow yolks.

Deviled Eggs Recipe (English)
1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup of Mayonnaise
8 oz Cream Cheese Room Temperature
8 eggs
Places all ingredients in a bowl and stir together.
Fill a pot with water place eggs inside. Put on stove on high heat. When water begins to boil remove from the heat. Place a lid on the pot for exactly 11 minutes. Then pour out the hot water and crack the eggs in the pan and fill with cold water and peel immediately. Follow the directions from the video and enjoy your deviled eggs.
Receta En Espanol Huevos Rellenos
1 cucharada de mostaza amarilla
1 cucharada de vinagre blanco o vinagre de sidra de manzana
1 taza de mayonesa
8 oz de queso crema a temperatura ambiente
8 huevos
Coloque todos los ingredientes en un tazón y revuelva.
Llena una olla con agua y coloca los huevos dentro. Ponga en la estufa a fuego alto. Cuando el agua comience a hervir, retirar del fuego. Coloque una tapa en la olla durante exactamente 11 minutos. Luego vierta el agua caliente y rompa los huevos en la sartén y llénelos con agua fría y pélelos inmediatamente. Siga las instrucciones del video y disfrute de sus huevos rellenos.
