You can definitely buy the Swiss Travel Pass for 4 days. It will cover most of your travel. Having said that I would also advise you to prepare your itinerary so that you utilize the travel pass to the fullest.

Hi Mansi Most travel is included in the Swiss travel pass. Some specific attractions are at some discount. For example- for Harder Kulm we paid a discounted price since we had this pass. The activities on Grindlewald First were not covered and they were separate. You can get more details on their official website. I have linked that in the description. There is a map at the end of that page. It will give you complete details of what is covered and what is not.

You can book 1 day in advance. We also did at the last day after looking at the weather forecast and the live cam feeds.

First of all- Best of luck with an amazing trip 😊 Also use the below to decide: a) what will your itinerary look like. If you plan to cover the areas near the south of Interlaken, then Interlaken should be your base, and likewise for Grindelwald. b) cost. It obviously is an important parameter.

Is it mandatory to buy a Drone insurance to fly DJI Mini 4Pro in switzerland and Germany ? If yes, where to buy ? I was trying to buy from DroneCover but they insure only EU domicile.

Hi, it's not mandatory to buy drone insurance. It is really a choice. What is required is to get a permit to fly drones. But that is also applicable for drones which are above 250 gms in weight. DJI Mini 4Pro is also under 250 gms so you should be good. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your prompt reply. But as per 2024 rule, even drones less than 250gms require a civil aviation permit. And the permit requires a drone insurance. So I'm stuck now. I have a drone but of no use 😂

How much baggage do you take? Do you keep at hotel or take everywhere with you since don’t know how long each attraction will take. All your passports, is it safe to keep at hotel or keep with you at all times

We had 2 shoulder bags and 1 trolley of 25kgs. We kept everything in the Hotel/ AurBnBs. It is very safe in Switzerland and they have cameras outside for security. You can also have a small bag to carry essentials if you want.

Hello!! Love your videos, you guys have been so fun to watch. Love all the informative things about your Swiss trip and the info on your Swiss pass. We are travelling to Switzerland in a few days time, we are pretty much doing all the locations you are but missing out on Zermatt as we are spending more time in Montreux and Gstaad. We will be using the train most of the time and will also be spending 2 days in Zurich and one day in Geneva. Could you please advise whether you think the Swiss pass is still a better option over the half-fare card? We’ll be wanting to take the ferry once in Montreaux and Interlaken ( we are based in Interlaken), as well as we’ll be visiting glacier 3000, Jungfrau, Grindelwald first etc. Any advice would be much appreciated ✨.

I just want one help..we are also going on 8days trip to Switzerland. And I am feeling it would be like - to land in Zurich - 2 days Montreux - 3 days Interlaken - 2 days Lucerne - 1 day brussels and Zurich So how do you suggest is this itinerary okay or I am missing anything?

This is a good itinerary dear. Maybe the order or places needs to be updated. It can be like Zurich -> Lucerne -> Interlaken (cover Jungfrau and Grindlewald) -> Montreux (cover Vevey, Gstaad and Saanen). Brussels might be a little too much of a travel, you can make it a Switzerland specific travel. Else if you are okay to travel then Brussels/ Amsterdam/ Paris could be a good choice.

We don’t buy packages now. When we went to Thailand we bought package from MakeMyTrip. But now we plan our travel on our own. It takes a little bit more effort but it’s absolutely worth it 😀

Switzerland sees hundreds, if not thousands, of Indian tourists during the season time. There are enough Vegetarian / Indian restaurants available to choose from. Prices will vary from city to city. It is difficult to suggest an itinerary without knowing what is it that you want to cover as part of your travel. We took 200 Francs as cash for the 8 day trip. Almost all our payments were via our cards.

Hi There are 2 restaurants that we have mentioned in this video. One is Restaurant Bollywood in Jungfrau and the other is on Grindlewald First mountain. There is only 1 restaurant there and it’s next to the Cliff Walk. Hope it’s helpful 😀

Off course! You can book this trip from anywhere. The only thing to check for is the Schengen visa. We were staying in Belgium when we travelled to Switzerland so we did not additionally applied for a Schengen visa. So just check the visa requirement and then you are good to go with the itinerary provided by us depending on the timeline of your travel. Hope this helps 😊❤️

Thik hai bhai yahi puchhta hun. Thod zyada doubts hai toh its a long msg 1. If i am buying the flexi swiss travel pass, do i have to mention my travel dates in advance? If not then how does it work? 2. ⁠i plan on staying there for 10 days so planning to take a 8 day flexi pass. Or should i take the half board? I will be covering zurich, luzern, interlaken, zermatt and st. Moritz. All of which i will be taking the trains 3. ⁠will the swiss pass suffice while using the panoramic express trains such as glacier express or interlaken express? Or do i have to pay extra for those? Are the seat bookings extra or included? 4. ⁠i read somewhere that buying the swiss pass will automatically enable me to get 50% discount on gondola rides and other attractions? 5. ⁠how is the connectivity between interlaken and zermatt? And st moritz and Zurich? Do i get normal trains for those places? Whats the app/way to book? 6. ⁠is there any bus service between these big cities? And how late or early do we get these buses? Like am planning to do sightseeing in Zurich and take the last bus to luzern so that i can start early morning the next day. 7. ⁠how is the transport service within a city?
