@@missmackanointed1mack367 I'm doing well. I don't get sore anymore. After trying it the first time I was sore and stopped for 3 days. I started again on the 3rd day because I didn't want to give up and keep the cycle of working out, getting sore and stopping. If you wait too long you never get over that. After 3 days I kept doing it and I try to follow him everyday or every other day.

@GenKris-jr8sb you are not African and will never be African. You have European and Chinese blood clearly. Some European women also have big bums mind you, so what? And there are many African women especially in the West of Africa that don’t have big bums either. Lastly Cubans have no history whatsoever with South Africans, the Africans with the biggest bums so your comment was redundant here
Never tried these specific exercises but after 2 kids at 35 I struggled with really weak and painful knees and i fixed them by doing more walking lunges at the gym. These workouts are amazing for strength, repairing abd flexibility!
We live in a age of information and technology it's about time you all know the truth. As long as you inherit the afrodescent and austranisian descent body build it's close to impossible to not be able to achieve a slim thick body build the main difference is what is the healthy BMI you should be aiming for to get the body you want. If you are like me who is realy bottom heavy with very large thighs and hips with a small breast size from UK size C cup to UK size E cup I have a small breast size of UK DD aim for a BMI of around 23 to 24 it will give you the hour glass slim thick figure you are hoping for. If you naturally have a large breast size of UKF to UKHH with wide very large hips and thighs too then aim for a BMI around 19 and 21 . Then if you have a afrodescent body build but because you are taller a less wide hips and thighs but obviously still bottom heavy aim for a BMI also around 19 to 21. If you are tall with large breast larger than UK size JJ then you should aim for a BMI of 23 to 24 to get the slim thick figure hour glass figure you want. Don't waste your time going to the gym when all you can do is eat healthy less or need to eat healthy more , the afrodescent and austranisian descent body build is already naturally athletic at BMI of 25 overweight you still look lean and hold weight very well looking chubby or fat only starts at BMIs of 26 , 27 , 28 and above for the afrodescent and austranisian descent body build. Tell this to who ever needs to hear it. Don't waste your time listening to people who don't have the same body build as you it's all genetics.

Estou fazendo apenas isso pois parei academia a dois anos e só com esses treinos diários já tive resultado bate mais rápido do que quando estava na academia
