I bought a small electric cooking stove to use it on my terrace in the garden. This was the first meal I cooked there. Felt a little like him, while showing my skills off to my guest. :)

Dear, sorrentina is with Basil, not parsley. No Basil = No Sorrentina. Flavor totally different.

Thank you Gennaro, I just found you yesterday on RU-vid, as I was looking for a simple spaghetti recipe. And my Tuna Pasta turned out to be really good. I went to supermarket today to buy other ingredients, to try on other recipes and my Arrabiata tasted reaaly good. How happy am I that I have found Gennaro's channel!! My husband just watched this video and it inspired him to haul his backside off the sofa where it has been placed for most of the day, and actually get into the kitchen to cook me something to eat. awesomeness is served ! Gennaro , I noticed every Italian knows how to make it's own feta , mozarella , right ? well , so do I but it never gets that lovely and classy tasting flavour I'm used to , how about a dish with fresh homemade cheese but including the best flavour of a gorgeous mozarella , a feta , a peccorini , a .. a cheese !! Italian = perfection ( not to mention the entire Italy ) !!!
