Perge (or Perge Antik Kenti) is a world-famous Ancient City, established around 1,000 BC that is located modern day Antalya, Turkey. It’s famously one of the world’s most ancient historic sites, known for being a stronghold for Alexander the Great and it’s the Temple of Worship for the Greek Goddess of Artemis. But what is it like to go around? Join me as I show you the ruins of this famous ruined city that is now a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Well hi, Great to see you back. Let’s hope good conditions prevail. It looks a great place. Didn’t make it to there but we did make it to Ephesus . Wow, walking in places where cleopatra and mark Antony walked . Mind blowing. Loved turkey and he people were really nice. Thank you for a call out to the cats. Look at jewellery, shift a cat. Buy a ticket, Pat a cat and - eat - feed a cat. Well mannered cats as well. Thank you , really enjoyed it 👍👍👍👵👵👵🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

My wife and I was there in 2018. Back than they had discovered a new tomb. It was life changing experience and also a discovery for us to discover the past of ancient life and architecture. If you guys are planing a trip to Antalya, add Perga on your bucket list.

I visited yesterday interesting the whole site is constructed from concrete, you can see te reinforce bars throughout, also advanced pre cast blocks to the theatre and stadium, none of it is stone cut 🤔

About an hour from Antalya city, but then you have to walk about 10-15 minutes to the site.

@tarny11 take T1B Tram to Aksu, then walk 10 minutes to the entrance. Can't remember the cost but it was easy.
