He may say he is not a fly fisherman ... but he cast like a champ in 25 mile per hour wind and worked meticulously for those permit . Great fly fishing skills exhibited and thanks for posting .

In shallow water, they are one of the toughest. They have such a big eye and can see everything. The conditions have to set up perfect.
